I'm pretty psyched right now. I also ordered parts for a DIY hardware project. A tiny little "companion" screen (with some buttons) for TV-boxes so that notifications and other information can be passed to it. That way, the TV does not need to be on just to check the status of the box. Also, playback controls.
So obviously I can't wait until all these new toys arrive

It's basically just a small OLED display, some buttons and a microcontroller which connects to the box via USB. There has to be an app which tells the microcontroller what to display. It's going to be pretty exciting (especially since I'm not exactly experienced with any of the tasks involved)
I might make a thread with my progress if people are interested.

I think I'd be lucky to get mine within the next 2 weeks
At least that's the time shipments from China usually take: Somewhere between 2 weeks and 1,5 months.
Express shipping would probably have helped, but if I have a chance to evade customs by waiting longer, that's what I choose.

- Any stutter when playing 1080p videos from USB drive (.mkv, .mov, .rmvb, .avi, .mpg formats)?
