But i didn't get geekbuying mail yet.

How do i know my status? Am I in the first bulk? Am i even at the first 500?

First time buying from geekbuying. Is this the norm that this site does not supply confirmation email or any email that tells me the transaction went through? I have checked my spam folder. How do i cancel my order if i dont even have a confirmation email, i am guessing we probably wont get a tracking number neither?
