Bluetooth keyboard keeps disconnecting
Dear people,
Two weeks ago I bought a Bluetooth keyboard for my pipo. After a few minutes, I realised it disconnects automaticly after a few seconds of inactivity, but the tablet says it is still connected. After trying other keyboard with the same results, I came here to find out another user (Hacan) and some more have (had?) the same difficulty with theirs. Any way I could make this work? The keyboard has been tested on my phones and works great, even after 15 minutes of inactivity. I've tried several settings and even apps, but they do not make a difference. Making notes during college is starting to get difficult if you have to restart BT every time you want to type something...Thanks in advance!

Screen Flashing
I install 2.5.3 on my wife's M9 Max earlier this year. She was happy as all her games worked and wasn't interested in me wanting to install 2.6.
About 3 months ago her tablet started playing up which, we believed was the battery. I bought and installed a new battery and all was good.
(Happy wife).
However yesterday her screen suddenly started jumping back and forth between various screens for no apparent reason. You can't even turn it off (the power down window will only stay on for half a second or so).
(Unhappy wife).
I was thinking of re-flashing the ROM, but I don't even think I can even get it into flash mode.
I haven't heard of this in any of the FreakTab Pipo forums.
Does anyone have any ideas?????

When you put the back on again, place the tablet face down on the table with a cloth to protect the display. Place firm pressure all around the back of the tablet to make sure the heat sync and other taped areas seal correctly. This may clear up your screen flicker. It worked for me one time.Randy

(nothing worse than a pissed off wife who can't play her games).

Hi guys
Pulled the back off.
Had a good look. Couldn't see anything obvious.
Replaced the adhesive tape that I had put on when replacing the batteries.
Put it back together and jumping screen seems to have stopped.
Only issue now is that sometimes the touch screen doesn't respond, or it doesn't respond on some areas on the screen, although the more I used it, the better it seemed to become.
If there is something still wrong, my wife will quickly find it.
One thing that happened when I was opening the back, the screen suddenly lit up with TWRP backup (I never knew it was on there, or how to activate it). So, while I had the chance I did a backup of system and data.
Now, if I update the ROM, what should I Restore from this backup to get her games up and running?

You just need to restore the userdata partition.

The touch sensitivity of the screen is still playing up. Sometimes it's OK, sometimes hitting it with a hammer won't get the screen to register (I don't really hit it with a hammer, but I think my wife might).
Anyone have any ideas on what the problem is now?

Sorry to be a pest, but does anyone have any idea on how to fix a screen that appears to have dead touch sensitive areas?
Originally the screen pages kept randomly jumping.
I opened the back, fiddled with a few things, put it back together and the random jumping seems to have stopped, but now the touch sensitivity is playing up.My "fiddling" was just moving a few wires and replacing some pieces of adhesive tape.
Has anyone had this touch sensitive problem?

When you put the tablet back together...place it screen side down on a cloth and press firmly all the way around the tablet to make sure everything is sealed up correctly. If something is loose or not taped back down...you run into light leakage around the display...and possible connection issues.
Otherwise, you might be having a failing touch panel.Randy

Thanks in advice!
If you are asking whether your tablet is compatible with one of the two KitKat ROM's...the only real way to find out is to remove the back and see if your tablet has 1 or 2 NAND chips. The 1 chip tablet will be pretty obvious...because there will be an unfilled place on the circuit board for another NAND chip.
My ROM only works on those tablets with 2 NAND chips.
Dnkn's ROM only works on those tablets with 1 NAND chip.
I hope that helps.Randy
