I don't know about quicksilver rom xD but for sure it will be a quickshot 3.2, we are working on it.

After trying different roms, I'm almost ready to return to QS 3.1
Currently I am on Finless 1.9, which is slower and more buggy then QS v3.1
But I'm waiting for a possible release of Quicksilver V3.2 before I step over again.
Does anyone know if there will be a version 3.2?

Soundcloud app not working

I'm wondering if the Nitro team can get the soundcloud app working on this ROM ? When you hit play in the official Soundcloud App it only plays 1-2 seconds of the song, then skips to the next song.

Have anyone tried Hulu Plus (2.13.201557) with this ROM ? After i load a video the screen goes black (there is still sound) forcing me to do a hard reset.

Anyone figure out a solution to this? I'm having the same problem. Currently using Hulu Plus 2.14.1.201748 on the QS3.1 . I get the same black screen but can hear the video playing. Home button doesn't work and I have to unplug to do a hard reset. Same app works fine on my Nexus 7 or Note II. It's a shame given Hulu finally now allows the free videos to play via the Hulu Plus app without requiring a Hulu Plus subscription. Note: I'm on a X7 mini but thought I post here as the rom is not that much different and at least someone here has also raised the issue before.

Why don't you try spmc or the latest xbmcz? Minix xbmc is done by the author of spmc, koying. Why don't you give it a try?

Can't find hardware....

I can't find it either. Maybe need to add a property? But what to call it? Or does it matter. I've changed the model to "Neo-X7-216A" but cannot find anything with "hardware" in the name. Maybe create "ro.product.hardware" and give it a value of....what...."rk3"? It doesn't appear to me that creating a new property would break things since nothing would likely be looking at it anyway. I'll give it a try and report back.

is it possible to support the hfs file format (in a future update)? unfortunately i have a mac and no good solution for putting files from my mac onto an external drive which can be read by the x7. the first post states that the rom supports exfat. this would we perfect as osx can read/write exfat. but this seems not to be the case for me. also the hfs driver from paragon sucks. i can mount my drive in a root folder but xbmc can't read files from a root path (is this normal?). when i mount the drive in a folder in the internal_sd no file explore nor xbmc can find anything.

any suggestion? thx in advance.

You need to change your build prob to match the minix for the time being.

This is not the case on mine. I have been using the remote but it only does screen off. The led stays solid blue.



THANK YOU! I use the Logitech K700 keyboard and I just map this little app to one of the unused keys and voila! it puts it to sleep mode (blue light blinking)!

This will work for now until they officially support kitkat and the standard, stock sleep mode gets implemented (like in QS2) so it actually sleeps after idle time again .

Also have the 10 min. freeze bug on 1080p.

SPMC has solved that problem, but.... No passthrough possible. I get white noise...

When passthrough disabled. I can get sound but not DD.
