I suspect its possible. I'd need to do some research on this.

I've started looking into cav's touch recovery but as the screen resolution is not currently supported I'll have to setup a cm 10.1 built environment.
I also stuck on the display resolution. Took TWRP from Oppo, replaced kernel, kernel_header, replaced adbd, edited default.prop. Result - not retrieving recovery. In some ways, I was wrong. Kitkat need for special recovery if I'm not mistaken. I like it TWRP and not touch-recovery CWM. CWM-touch is unfortunate recavery.
I hope you're faster than me find a solution. Thank you.

I'm seeing the error on the external sdcard fix, will look at it later, off out today.

I've corrected, uploaded and tested the fix.

I'd be interested in what else you find useful from exposed/gravity box.

Lag when turning the screen on ?

Does anyone else notice a lag between the moment you push the power button and the moment the screen actualy turn on ?
I've seen it take up to 5 seconds.

Yes, also on power off try keeping hold of the u65, a few seconds after seeming to have shutdown it will vibrate. Its not until after the vibration that it is finally off.

So the cube has the vibration too, It is not written anywhere! Good!

What about the boot time from off?
From the moment you press the power button and when the Android "lock screen" appears.

I've seen in internet that Pipo p1 is quite fast (only 18 seconds), just for comparison!

                          I noticed this too.
Imho and from my phones experiences, the screen on lag may be related to kernel and/or CPU freq when screen is off. Tried to tweak freq with setcpu, but i did not get better timing... yet

as you can see in change log, there are some problems with it. Think we will get a fix in the next release.

generally this lag is not generated by CPU freq voltage, but to the RAM frequency switch from standby to normal. I don't think it's annoying so much, isn't it?

Very good power-on time. I think that with further kernel optimizations this tablet could perform even better.
