      Make sure that you have your cable plugged into the correct USB post on your tablet. If you have got it plugged into the otg USB port than it will not show up

        i switch off the tab, usb debug mode is on & i connect the micro usb cable in the first usb port not the otg port, hold the volumne - button but nothin happens,

        i tried to connect my phone wid the tab via the same & it showed as a sd card widout any fault. I did dis to check if the port was working & it worked fine.

        Please help brother as i need to flash my tab wid evolution wid ics 4.0.4 or ice cube so that i may play gt+

          First off all you don't have to flash a new Rom to get these games to show up in the Playstore you just need to alter the build prop. Also foot expect all of them if any to even work I have tried lots of them.

          So if any guys could help you out with a build.prop just ask in the forum

            While testing the ROM, I run into trouble with the standard browser, if I try to write a message on freaktab,
            browser gets suddenly very slow and the typed words are coming with a very long delay.
            On xda, I have no problem to write a message.
            Google Chrome crashes, opera freezes with freaktab.
            Is there something special with freaktab.com? With gingercomb I had no trouble.

            Another thing is the launcher hasa small problem with the key lock.
            If I had set the live wallpaper microbes, the key lock will not disappear after activating. Instead the key lock vibrates on screen. To fix it I press the apps button and then back to home. That helps. After rebooting the key lock vibration is back.
            Then I took a picture from gallery and the problem disappears complete.
            My guess is, the launcher and the live wallpapers don't like each other.

              UPDATE Aug. 11 2012

              I have updated the ROM to include the proper KEY COMBINATION in the parameter file so you can get into ClockWork using the hard buttons. See this post about it.

              New file name is: cube9gt_ics_finless14a_ext4_cwm.zip

                  Thanks, do I need that update, if I get into cwm or have I miss the point?
                  The +/- for up and down and the power button for selection are working in cwm for my easypad.

                    I cant speak to the easypad but if you can get into CWM then you do not need to update.

                      Works smoothly but drains battery like crazy.

                        Need to be a bit more specific than that. Battery drain can be down to many things not Rom related.

                        A program running in the background. Battery apps. Task killers. Sync programs like email social networking etc.

                        I can't say I have noticed any battery drain. I don't have brightness set high or any memory hog apps and don't suffer battery drain

                          Nothing extraordinary really. Closed all apps before putting it to sleep. Next morning it won't turn on.

                            Try this:
                            Switch off Wlan bevor you let your tablet in sleep mode, check then battery consumption overnight.

                            I have the feeling too, that the ics needs more battery, but I have it not tested and a feeling is no proof.

                                Can't read Page 1 of this thread

                                Hi there,
                                I would give your ICS-ROM a try, but unfortunally i can't open page 1. I allways get the message, that I'm not logged in. Registration is done, I can write here

                                Anyone got an idea, to solve the problem? I know, it's a bit OT but maybe someone had the same problem in this thread.
