Wondering why that only worked with the login on top but not on the login in the main window, when you come from a link. But now everything is fine.

I'm curious how the ICS version works. The gingercomp is nice and verry fast, but i got little problems with losing the connection to the wifi hotspot from my android phone. But im not sure, if it's the phone (CM7.1) or the tab.

It's about blocking for NAND memory and using EXT4 capabilities specific to NAND memory.

I would tell you more but I would have to shoot you first

Google search NAND, Yaffs, Ubifs, and ext4. Study A LOT.... then come back and ask questions. I will answer them.

I have tried both roms. They are faster and have much better battery life. But, not very stable. 1.5 would freeze and reboot occasionally, about once a day. but in the last 20 minutes that I have had 1.4a installed (prefer ics) it has rebooted about 5 times all on its own. before the first reboot I noticed that wifi was not working. but the reboot which it did after locking up fixed that. now just can't keep the tablet on for long. looks like I will have to go back to one of the other ics roms. and yes I did clear idb in rktool

This does not sound like a ROM problem. More like a memory or hardware issue or something. No one else has complained of this problem that I am aware of.

That sound worse, but try
-flashing again with power supply - maybe your battery is too weak or unstable
-take out micrSD while flashing - lets see, if there any bad data on it
-and don't let google restore from account, best uncheck all boxes around google calling home - somestimes I noticed bad effect, when you flash different roms
-last choice - read out logcat and search for errors to find the cause.

If nothing helps, flash stock rom.

The cube brought out two revisions of its hardware as far as I know causing some incompatibility issues

In search of jelly bean firmware upgrade news I reached here and downloaded ICS Finless Rom 1.4. Feel Good is not clear comment but 24 hour time is also not such period for comment more. I was on evolution 3 before this ROM. Tested many ICS Rom's and next taste lower version which is popular as fastest.

I like spirit of hard working on such hard issue 'cube u9gt2' 200 $ tab

I want to share one good point that Hindi fonts rendering on 'Firefox Beta' is full proper but Firefox, Chrome and browser has buggy Hindi display. Either Firefox is buggy (Hindi Fonts) on address bar but mail and other all page are fine so 80%. Chrome was 'heavy' on cube u9gt2 so removed. Aurora FF issue of flash crack otherwise fine. YouTube app feel good working and gps and compass failed again.

Would the hardware or memory problem be the internal sd card? I never have the external card (which I rarely use) in while flashing. I dont know if the rom in stored on the internal card or not. I never had this before flashing to the 1.5 rom at all then much much worse on 1.4. Prior rom was evolution 2.3. I had crappy battery with it then it started acting like it had malware. but otherwise stable. I just downloaded and flashed evolution 3.0 to see if its different. clean install. so far screen is a little weird on bottom buttons. but no crashes yet. had charger plugged in. thanks

If you are using your cube with the charger that came with it trust me don't use your tablet with the charger plugged in or your touch screen will act all weird . I replaced my charger with a proper dedicated one and all those problems disappeared. The supplied charger you may as well play football with it that is how Crap they are and replace it with a proper one.

So only use your charger to charge it if it is the supplied travel charger and don't use your tablet whilst plugged in unless you replace it
