Lepi, I don't have the line with sdcard_all. Just the sdcard_rw and media_rw.
I edited Brian's zip file and repackaged it with the extra line inserted and then installed from cwm recovery as the /etc/permissions directory is ro when the tablet is booted.Last edited by stuarts; 07 July 2014, 16:38.

I wrote these lines, and I began to make Titanium backup on an external SD card. Thank you for the incentive to work.
Code:<permission name="android.permission.WRITE_MEDIA_STORAGE" > <group gid="media_rw" /> <group gid="sdcard_rw" /> <group gid="sdcard_all" />

Installing drivers on Windows 7
I've tried to install the drivers on Windows 7, using the drivers provided.
But without full success.
Whenever I connect the Cube Talk 9X, W looks for drivers and ends up telling me that the device is disconnected.
I'm not sure what to do with the drivers provided with the rom.
I used spinstall, and also dpinst separately on the Infs and on the Unsigned infs.
Can someone describe precisely what I should do to install the drivers?
Thanks in advance,
David

Try setting up your SP Flash Tool first, keep it open, then plug in the tablet while it's powered off. The software should keep the device from disconnecting and the red bar should appear at the bottom of the tool. At that point, you should be able to click download and flash the ROM.
If that does not work, you may need to remove all of your old PreLoader drivers and reinstall the correct one. The older driver included with the Jun 20th ROM worked for me. I followed a few guides online to remove any conflicting drivers. I'll post the links below.
Uninstall old driver entries (run as Admin):
USBDeview is a software that lists all USB devices that connected to your computer, and allows you disable, enable or uninstall them.
Remove the old INF files:
You need to follow this KB first to view disconnected devices in Device Manager and get the required info: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315539
Then try this guide to remove the INF files: http://winhlp.com/node/199
Hope this all helps. Good luck!

My TWRP 2.7.0.0
Hi, my friends. Who was unhappy with my TWRP, i offer the patch made by the program Titanium Backup. Inside there are several applications (rebooter, Antutu, SPUMaster, SPUSpy, MobileUnkle Tools, RootExplorer, Wakelock detector etc). Nothing else there. Can be install via my recovery and make sure it works.
If applications do not like, you can delete them later.
File new-update.zip copy on SD card, reboot in my recovery TWRP, choose Install, specify the path to the file and make swipe to confirm. Everything.
This patch is to check work my TWRP.
Happy updating!

No platform.xml is not included in the ROM.
I've left these separate as- EBR1 and EBR2 must be flashed as a matched pair
- some people may prefer to keep the stock permissions
