3G?

This ROM is based on the original Pipo firmware dated 6.6.14...it's the same firmware as v1.8, but is a fresh RileyROM build without the changes made by Edge Xuan...

Thanks for the wonderful ROM. I wonder if there is any possibility to get 3G Working? I installed it 2 days ago on my M8HD, it works great and no lagging. I can play my all games specially Asphalt 8. The only problem is no 3G recognition.

I am not good in understanding technical language. Plain words will be highly appreciated.

Yes Bro! there is 3G version too. I just do not want to use official ROM full of lags and some craps. If you do, it will be much much appreciated.

Yes and its very temperamental on kitkat you will get a signal for few seconds every so often and if you turn on the wifi you will get no signal at all until you reboot it again

On the jellybean version the was a option on the settings to turn 3g modem on and off

OK, that's something we will need to address when I get the sources for this firmware. It's slowly approaching the USA via snail mail from China.

I don't remember if I installed any special mod, just multiuser, gravitybox, that kind of stuff.

OK I don't have the 3g modem power on off option like you have in you first post dose any one els have this before a reflash tihs firmware

No! 3G option did not show up after flashing.

Don't know if it was the reason for 3g is working for me, but I'm using a oc kernel with the boot.img. 3g was working good with the last version 1.8. Can't help more :-(
