    Daemonium ported it to some s805 devices, that must be one.
    But is something wrong with it ?

      Just installed on my MX3 4K 2GB/8GB..

      Installed great thanks! Backed up my device, formatted and reinstalled and all good!

      Installed 1080p theme and works a treat thanks.

            Nooby twrp user here.

            M8N square remote box, which download from the OP do i use!??

            I have M8N with Justme rom 1.5 on it.

            Also has previous users found it clones the whole box ok?

              No problems at all, in my MXQ S805 made a nandroid without efforts.

                can someone point me in the right direction as how to backup a box?

                i setup this s82 perfectly....
                rebooted into recovery thinking that i could back it up....
                5 hours work down the drain! lol
                recovered to stock 2.1 i was shattered.

                i have to set up anther 4 boxes for family members, and i would love to use twrp....
                or nandroid, or whatever i can to make an image or backup of this box.

                in an ideal worl i would put my recovery.img i made onto an sd card and load it from recovery.

                i am prepared to do as many steps and learn what i have to do to do this.

                i have finless 2.1 on my device....and am under the inpression that it was what i need included?

                any patient kind souls out there want to point me in the right direction of creating a backup or image?

                        Morning/Afternoon Guys.

                        I was looking at Bobs 2.1 firmware http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...inless-2-1-ROM and i see it has a lot of fixes for things.

                        I have installed TWRP for 109k4 and lower as im currently on 108k4.
                        I noticed in Bobs 2.1 it installs TWRP, Can i install Bobs 2.1 using the current TWRP i have and would it be upgraded when Bobs 2.1 is flashed as the firmware is 111k4.

                          TWRP for Amlogic devices.

                          TWRP isn't a cloning tool.
                          It doesn't backup storage, like SDcard or externalSD, it wouldn't make sense backing up the same place to where you are backing up.
                          XBMC data is on SDcard, you can easily access it to backup to some where out of the device.

                          There were changes on AML SDK that made some FW versions not compatible between each other, I think from 109k4 up is OK.

                          Again to play safe run TWRP from ExternalSD, then if you want flash it to emmc.
