Hi, I'm in 20141212 (the one for D series) and I've rooted using iRoot (you have to install SuperSU and remove chinese crap after that).

By the way, in this firmware it's not necessary to swap internal memory and microSD modifying boot.img file. Just select "SD card" as preferred storage in Settings. It works :-)

Also, in this firmware there are no EBR files, so I don't know how to resize internal memory for apps :-(
Any idea?

Here you are but be carefull, it is for D series.
I don't know if it will work with other series. I've tried to flash "old" firmwares in my Chuwi and the tool doesn't allow to flash because it doesn't match something.

Also keep in mind that in this firmware there is no EBR file, so I don't know how to resize the internal memory for apps :-(

And there are more firmwares in this russian forum :-)

To the Greek forum "myphone" one user say it's because not enter sleep mode almost never.
