I think that seems to be an issue on jb cubes at present. If anyone finds a fix I'd be happy to incorporate as either an updated ROM or patch to be applied via clockwork.

I've a few other items ahead of this in terms of my priorities.

I noticed that after a day or two the Cube will used up all the RAM till even the Launcher will FC every few seconds. Even with RAM Booster I only manage to free up 100MB RAM. The only fix seem to be restarting the Cube. I notice this issue seems to be starting from Cube 1st release of JB ROM.

Anyone notice the same issue?

This is not one I have come across, at the moment I tend to be reflashing my cube a couple of times a day as I explore ROM modifications, clockwork etc.

I'd be interested to hear of others with this issue or from yourself of course if you narrow down the cause.

I'm getting the same problem myself with the Youtube App.. And it will keep stuttering until you advance it a few sec, then it's good for another min or so.. it's getting frustrating to say the least.. I've seen no rhyme or reason. Other apps don't exhibit this streaming issue so it's got to be something in the youtube.apk itself I would believe..
As for running out of memory.. yes, and it's still running out after you clear mem w/a cleaner. nothing running and still 300mb avail.. until you reboot of course..

Ive not had the memory problem myself, although I use ES Task Manager widget and tend to be trigger happy with that after I exit an app. Usually sitting around 3-500mb free.

Youtube app streaming issue is known issue and it has to do with the latest youtube app in HD mode. For ICS, you can revert to prior youtube app version but for JB, those who have tested the prior version said it will crash. So no fix. Try to stream in regular mode instead of HD and see how it goes.

HDMI and speaker

Hi there,

Is anyone having an issue with HDMI output and the internal speaker audio working at the same time?

I would have hoped the internal speaker would be muted when HDMI is used (to prevent the audio echo/delay issue).

Is this possible to achieve?
