Do you think your ROMs could be modded to zip format for flashing from CWM? Bob's CWM is 5.8.3.1 so does that mean it is newer/less glitches?

My CWM supports ZIP format updates. Understand though with RK Chipsets. You cannot update the kernel. The ZIPs will update boot, data, and system.

No if that is an issue on the official firmware I would expect it to be an issue on my ROM as well

Can you release your rom in cwm form? I flashed your rom a few days ago...then I wiped it via cwm and flash cwm zip for evolution JB. It works more or less...only binary for SU somehow missing. I manage to root it again and got the binary installed.

Now I want to go back to your rom.. but its a pain to use rktools to flash back everything. Do I have to format NAND again if I were to do it? Since the base is still originally from your rom.

Yesterday I flashed my new U30GT-H with the 900supersport ROM, after a few unsuccessful tries due to the bad quality of the factory USB-cable everything worked out fine.
Until I plugged the charger in, then the touchscreen started acting weird (difficult to describe, like its suddenly _very_ pressure-sensitive), I was unable to type, select menu items, etc.

With a multitouch-test app I could see that as soon as I plug it in and touch the screen, there are rapid touch inputs (like 5-30/sec, depending on the pressure I apply) in an exactly horizontal line (parallel to the "long side") where I touch the screen with my fingers.

I can not remember this happening in the factory-ROM (some ICS version modified by CUBE), also the powerplug fits in nice (no pressure applied to the digitizer/glass) and this happens in every position, lying flat, holding it upright, etc.
Could this be some kind of hardware-defect (I bought it from a shop in the EU and could still send it back) or is it software related?
Has anybody else experienced something like this on the CUBE U30GT or other 10" China-Tablets?

That is usually a problem with the charger.. quite a number people had that issue and they change to a more quality charger.

Agree with tablighs this is well documented on the cube. Mine has got much better over time but occasionally while charging I have this issue.
