Apps compatibility question

I just bought mi P4, it is now with the stock firmware (Android 4.4.2, kernel version 3.10.9 yc@mid-server3 #424) And is pretty smooth (Except for random shut downs when it is in sleep during long time), but applications that I have in my Pipo M7pro, are shown as not compatible in google play (my first concern Injustice: Gods Among Us and GPS Status), has anybody try this apps with RR1.7? i think is just a rom issue, but I want to make sure (either way I'm gonna flash this rom because RR roms make my M7pro a real charm)

I downloaded this app for testing and it works, I am running RR 1.7 since yesterday (my Pipo P4 arrived two days ago). I am satisfied with this tablet, however my screen is a little bit too warm (yellow) and battery drain occurs. I renamed/deleted these two .apk/.odex which were mentioned before in this thread but I am afraid it did not help. Deep sleep seems to work when I look into CPU spy. Battery lost 11% over night (7h) with WiFi off, sync off - not that good in my opinion. However, I will flash the ROM mentioned in #50 and let you know if it is working. My tablet is WiFi only.

FYI: Stock ROM was 4.4.4, Kernel version 3.10.0 - Wed Aug 27 2014, Build number KTU84Q. I made a dump of it.

Iget this error when trying to upload RR1.7: Download Image failed; and it happens when the process is at Download system. The log says:

That looks like a USB connection problem.

Make sure you are using the USB cable included with your tablet.

Use a USB 2.0 port...not USB 3.0.

Arika, I'd like to also spoof the Nexus 10 to improve gameplay and open up all apps for download in the Play Store. However, I can't find the proper Nexus 10 build.prop info. Please give us the specific changes that you made to build.prop.

Well, it was a USB port issue. I was using the front panel USB port when I get this error, then I switch to one mainboard port and It works. The weird thing is that, I use the front panel USB to flash my Pipo M7pro, and never have an issue, I think it is maybe because the P4 can be charged through USB and need more power to be connected and flashing.... Ah, and other thing I could notice is That if I don't select the loader It works through the front USB, but if I select to flash the loader too, It gives me the error....
Anyway, thank you Randy, I'm plannig to try the RR1.9 soon, but the 1.7 runs pretty smooth execpt for some shutdowns after a long sleep (like 12 hours)

Since you are rooted...you can use Titanium. It's fast and easy...I recommend the paid version.
