redownloaded the rom + brightness.zip + TWRP

reinstalled everything but i can't get the brightness.zip installed.

Also, before this all i made a backup of my installed apps, around 65 and when i wanted to restore, only 27 were available for restore.

Can anyone explain this ?

Are you restoring from internal memory or external? You may have a problem with your storage... Try changing external sdcard...

Did you choose the correct EBR1 and EBR2 files?

Is it pro version because I haven't that option in security paragraph ...

You don't need to get pro version to see this option, just need the latest version.
I had supersu v2.02 and their was no namespace option, but after updating to v2.14 the option was available.

Now the important part:
In the SuperSU settings you have to uncheck the option 'Mount namespace separation' and reboot the tablet.
Now all is working very well and I can backup/restore with titanium without any problems.

It also solves the problem, that mobileuncle could not backup the IMEI

I tried internal and external memory and I didn't change the EBR, left it like it was

Can somebody explain the use of these different EBR files?

Hm, a weird thing has happened. This morning, all apps complained they do not have root access anymore. I have not tampered with the default superuser.apk since I installed this ROM some weeks ago.

Now I'm not sure what happened, either the ROM has mysteriously become unrooted or the superuser cache is corrupt, which I cannot delete without root since it's a system app.

What should I do? Do you guys have a link to the superuser.apk that was used in this ROM as a zip so I can try flashing it fom recovery again?

UPDATE:
Never mind, after rebooting the tablet I seem have root once more. Still, I'm still feeling a little uneasy now.

The EBR files change the sizes of storage partitions. For the 900SS ROM, default EBRs are for 4GB apps partition. If you want 2GB or 6GB, use the respective EBRs.

I think everybody have the same problem... Can't verify scores in Antutu (shows in RED). I have not found a fix for that.

It's not recommended to use a much "bigger" charger for faster charging... This can permanentely damage your battery and even your tab (if battery blows up)... If you don't like the stock (crappy) charger, you could buy Onda's original charger on banggood.com for about U$ 8. It's 2.5A and good quality.

Minimum brightness of the tab is too high (about 30%) and makes it uncomfortable to be used in the dark... The brightness patch changes the minimum value to 4%, to make it more comfortable to be used in the dark... Or if you want to save battery, for example.

GPS wont work anymore....Tablet isnt able to establish my position

Please i have a GPS issue it does not work does any body had same problem ?

Use the tab in the dark with lowest brightness... If the light is confortable, then, the patch is installed.

anyone got Youtube / flash player working ?
Update : working with a new version of YouTube.

Yes... I got it, no problem. HD videos play fine. I even have flash player working with no problems. Here is the catch, though. You have to use an archived flash player since Adobe stopped making it for Android. September 10, 2013 was the last one. It was version 11.1.115.81. This is the version you want to use. It can be had here:

I even use YouTube through Chrome. It works with this Flash Player installed. Make sure you use the "desktop site" and enable the HD settings. Hope this helps.
