Cube Talk 9x U65GT ROM based on Cube's V 1.8 firmware of 3 September 2014

I'm totally noob in Cube flashing and custom roms. I have flashed Samsung Galaxy devices and I know what is CWM-recovery.

Now I think that once I got Cube in my hands I want to flash this rom. I have tried to found some step-by-step guide to instal drivers and then flash CWM recovery. Is there some in somewhere? I also have tried to found CWrecovery package to flash(not this rom, which is zip).

Please help me
1) Where do I found CWM-recovery to flash to my cube (16gb version)
2) How to flash Cube (which program to use, how to get cube into download=).

i just flased the rom but i have a problem. the sound of speakers is too low. already have in the setting volume in max but sound is very weak, can anybody help me with that issue ? thanks in advance

The speakers are useless in this tablet. Only good for getting notification warnings etc.

Were they any better sounding before the flash?

I think the best option is getting a bluetooth speaker.

My speakers are fine... Just had to change some values a little on engineer mode...

Install UC Browser, go to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click on Check Now.
A file will be downloaded automatically (adbfs10_V11.1.125.81_Android_pf145_(zh-cn)_release_(Build14032416).apk)
Install and check again whate have you done..Working flash player

After this step you can search/install UCBrowser HD(invisible/incompatible in store for Talk 9X for some reason, but I'm pretty sure you'll find somewhere uc.browser.hd.apk)..same shit but with an interface optimized for tablets/large screen.

Flash Player

Figured I'd chime in with my first post. The last supported version of flash for android works fine on my cube. I use Firefox for my browser.

Look at this official Adobe Page regarding the Flash Player and Android:

I used the last version that was put out by Adobe before support ended and all works fine. Hope this helps!


By the way thanks for the great Rom Supersport! Been using it for 1 month now without any problem. Xposed Framework and Gravity Box do wonders to add customizations close to Cyanogen Mod.

Will a fix ever be released for what Supersport said was the broken "init d support". I think that's what he called it.

Add Init.d Support

I found this link at XDA Developers: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2287540 to add Init.d support. I am not skilled enough in coding to do this though even though it seems simple.

Some of my mods do not work correctly because they require scripts to run on boot. For example I have Rom Manager Pro which allows one to have a random boot animation each boot, I can't get this to work for some reason, I can only change the boot animation which remains static(the same) on each boot.

Does Gravity Box need this for some of it's features?

I'm happy of my speakers: I can do phone calls without problems, skype is working fine with a loud and clear volume!

I have been tuning my volumes with MTK engineering tool. There was a need, couldn't hear a thing at some moment... Now it is fine!
