Will it also work on the square M8N box?

Codesnake your work on the mx2 device with openelec makes it a pleasure to use, here's hoping you do the same for my m8 box which has been a nightmare and has had several short stays in the dustbin.

Been using Codesnake's OpenELEC build for the Mx2 since June and every update he has put out has improved this box everytime.

Right now I have the best Mx2 I've every had. 😃

                          OpenELEC for M8

                          Hi all,

Here's my first public build of OpenELEC for M8 box based on Amlogic S802 chip (2GB square version, thanks to Panya32, who donated an M8 box). Download it here: https://googledrive.com/host/0B4FNwq...el-99a1eba.zip.
To install, unpack the archive onto SD-card, insert it into the box, and enter recovery using toothpick. Installation should start automatically.
                          Waiting for you feedback.
