Sorry to hear that.
If you already removed second screen protector you should consider an replacement.
My touchscreen is perfect...few hours ago rolled back to all firmwares(1.02 to 1.06) and checked this thing too and no problem has been seen.

Likewise, it's unfortunate to hear the polar opposite of my experience at this stage. I truly believed when I bought the t9 it was definitely a leap of faith, and I was really prepared for disappointment. At the moment however I can't stop singing it's praises, seeing as my previous tablet is a iPad 3rd gen.

Sure the T9 isn't perfect, but for half the price of a Samsung, and a third of an iPad air 2 and still faster than both of them, it's hard to dislike.

Man, if you are browsing just a few pages back on this topic you'll see just one thing said very loud:
It's only one solution..... Peel both screen protectors and you should be fine, update OTA to FW V1.6 or do local update as I described here.

Go with Cube T9...this is a two months old tablet.
GPS is very good, a little more precise compared with Talk 9X.
My first GPS fix with this tablet was indoor on my balcony (1m accuracy, acquired in first 20 seconds).
4G/3G/Phone call function and mobile data transfer works flawless.
Display is very good, a little grainy but not very easily seen or noticed.
I said already is blazing fast?

I agree with Edius, Cube is generally more reliable than teclast, furthermore T98 is lighter, but for a reason: it has a 8500mAh battery wrt T9 that has 10.000mAh.

The Cube brand has shown itself to be about the best available from China.

Other options from Cube with a 9.7” screen would be the Talk 9X (a true bargain for what it is) and the Cube i6 if you would like a Windows tablet that might be modded to dual boot in the future.

The i6 is nice, but does not last as long (battery) as the T9 or the Talk 9X.

The T9 I have is better than anything I have ever bought from China in a tablet, and I have had quite a few ...from Teclast to Onda to Pipo to Cube. The T9 has been the best!

Maybe will be good point to waiting for i6 air 3g with dual boot? This kind of this tablet announced of fb page ACUBE. Pls give me advice. I think i want Android tablet, i don't know how works tablet with windows.

just got my T9 and everything is ok.
I was scared about grainy screen, touch issues, but none here.
Yes, screen looks grainy, or better say screen looked grainy before i took off 2nd screen protector (or lets say the proper screen protector). Naked glass it's same as on other brands.

4 hours at home, i had a few auto - restarts, plus i'am challenging issue with disappearing icons from home menu...
But those are little problems, would be fixed, generally satisfied.

i6 is based on Atom BayTrail...I prefer an ARM based architecture: less compatibility issues, battery lasts longer, so if I were in you I would go for the T9...

I see no russians here but for sure T9 use GPS and Beidou (China sattelite system)
That's what I can get from my T9:

GPS precision is very good with T9, even compared with 9X(accurate too).

And I think Glonass works, but is triggered only in some problematic locations if we are looking here

- How many touchscreen malfunction?
- Compass there is or not there is?
- How many T9 receive GLONASS / Beidou?
- How many T9 have random reboots?
- 4G works on all your T9?
