Cube T9 64bit octacore A53 4G beast.

I have a few loaded and they have all done very well ...no issues. Just curious how the T9 might handle a demanding game like Asphalt 8.

I installed Asphalt 8, it works but run slowly, screen too big, too much work for GPU .........
this game runs well on small screens

No reboots here.

I think I can tell when it feels like it might ...as something might have a momentary freeze ...but then it let's go, and does what it needs to!

The only time I think it might be threatening to reboot ...or lock up, is when I try to open some videos in Dolphin.

All working fine for me too (no reboots, no freeze, etc).
With Dolphin is a problem..particular for T9 or some generic Dolphin bugs (Dolphin just stops working when I try to download any files or when install. some add-ons), bookmarks sync works pretty well.
In Mozilla Firefox all works pretty good, including flash.. but no sync... when entering user/pass to sync I get force close or stopped working (is a bug somewhere in T9 FW cause when looking in settings/sync reports last sync date, year 1970 and I guess that silly 1970 year prevents sync with an error from Mozilla servers).
I'm looking to this specific 1970 year and I remember what was reported here (no coincidence in that)
"12 files were found to fail system check, all showing same creation date of Thu Jan 1 00:01:36 1970(???)."

Tried almost all well known browsers, looking at working time/battery discharge rate very carefully, trying to respect the same pattern (on WiFi):

Chrome gives ~4'20" working time/1% battery
Mozilla gives ~4'40" working time/1%battery
Dolphin gives ~5'10" working time/1% battery
CM Browser gives ~4'30" working time/1% battery
UC Browser/UC Browser HD gives ~ 6'20" working time/1% battery
Maxton/Maxton HD gives ~4'20" working time/1% battery

For now I use UC Browser HD (UI optimized for tablets), flash working flawless, Adblock included, gestures, bookmarks management, etc with over 10 hours 30min. on a fully charged battery.
I remember UC browser (chinese edition) is installed in all T9 FW's and looking at those numbers, I'm pretty positive Cube has optimized FW's specially for this browser in particular.

Strange, on talk 9x it works well, and on my crappy ex pipo m6pro was playable too.
I think that there is a problem of SW compatibility...

regarding the update to 1.07: after several days of usage i didn't have to reboot. one or two programms crashed, but no issues. touch works perfect. going to keep the T9.btw i have an unused talk 9x to sell. any interest pm me. i use bitcoin and ship inside europe.

Did you install Asphalt 8 before or after the recent update of the app? Some users report lagging after the update, but it had worked fine on their device before the update. Can you try a similar intensive app to see if it is an issue with the app vs the T9?
I don't have my T9 yet to try it myself.

I installed after upgrade Fw 1:07 current version of Asphalt .....
asphalt 8 has been updated recently and many complain that it does not work or crashes,
I have not tried the previous version

this is weird,
reboots occur only with Fw 1.06, with Fw 1.05 and Fw 1.07 I never had to reboots,
try doing a factory reset .....

That was exactly what mine did prior to the 1.07 upgrade. Not any more ...all is fine!

Anyone using auto brightness mode and seeing it get stuck?

Mine works fine when I reboot it and after awhile if gets stuck. I dont know what could be the problem.
