Not possible! The x264 thing is S805 CPU only! There maybe a codec for software decode of that but only the S805 can hardware decode x264.

The instructions are in the download! Just download the file from the link on page one buddy. I'm also having a lot of buffering issues with 2.0, hope the update will fix - but now I think I'll wait for 2.1 if Bob is making one as I don't want to update twice over

On a separate note, I have 2.0a and the max_cpu patch installed. I have the CPU @ 1992/192 with ondemand governor and running Nova launcher. This thing FLIES now, AnTuTu score of 31249!

What is the ambient temperature in your TV room? I live in a hot climate and I'm worried if I crank up the CPU it will melt, after reading about peeps having heat issues

First time tried to install 2.0a and all I get is a black screen after the reboot.

I rebooted into recovery mode but the SD card shows no zip file anymore, although the files are in the sd card.

Any ideas?

You tried to flash with a .img file?.

No with recovery mode. Flash the Rom with USB Burning tool

I've just used the zip file.

When I do a recovery reboot I can see the finless logo 2.0a.
I do not have access to a usb cable at the moment.

It cannot see either my SD or OTG USB as storage.

My bad, this ROM is not for the X8H-PLUS. only for the X8/H.

Hi,

I've been using this ROM for some days and I realised I have some kind of problem with the audio in games. No problem in movies with the 4k player.
The fact is I, for example, play Reckess Racing, or Rail Racing, and the audio for the vehicle's motors should be constant and continuous, but it sounds weird, like it comes and goes (don't really know how to describe it better). Also the game lags a bit from time to time.

Given the good specs of the box, this shouldn't be happening, right? I tried changing the screen resolution to 720p and I have the same problem.

sory but i want to ask that, is it supporting on / of switch properly with neo a2 or any regular air mouse ?

i mean not deep sleep, just stand by and wake up with air m. w/o hdd spin ( meh, hdd spin not important actualy lol)
