    I have the same problem with the Mecool M8S pro +. I got it today and frozen after an update, it was useless. I would like to replace a new, improved version.

    Hi,

    I bought a Mecool M8S pro + 2GB/16GB about 3 days ago, just received today from Italian warehouse (order Number: 4391566). Upgraded the system but it is stuck on the boot screen, sometimes it tries to continue but freezes in a few seconds. I've confirmed it to be the old version with reset button and emmc 5.1, batch SEC 701. Can you provide a refund or a replacement with the newest version with Kingston emmc?

    Dear Emma,

    My neighbor just received a phone ( redmi 4x) from geekbuying. ( order number: 4380089) After charging it, it will not start. I have given it a try but not even a bootscreen just a black screen.
    What does she have to do?
    Can you help her (/ me She asked me if geekbuying is ok, I said yes)?

    as customer services need to deal with many emails every day and we have time difference,so they can't reply in time.
    but they must help you process the problem.
    also we have informed them to give you a answer soon.

    Customer Service responds slowly on email. In the meantime, I was looking for information on the web, and it turned out to be a known bug in the device.
