    Update - I have tried the satellite tuner (DVB-S/S2), this appears to be okay with HD broadcasts

    Hi, I have an order 4411421 made on Jan 27, and yesterday I asked GKB for cancelling and refunding if it takes so long to ship (it passed 7 days and no shipping yet?). The products ordered were in HK stock at the moment of my order. Can I receive an answer to my request please?

    as customer services need to deal with many emails every day and we have time difference,so they can't reply in time.
    but they must help you process the problem.
    also we have informed them to give you a answer soon.
