Here is my green pcb 1 antena mk808b, bought from pandawill, android tv box :
runs android 4.2.2 (rk30sdk-eng 4.2.2 JDQ39 eng.zs.20131219.191736 test-keys) RK3066_R-BOX_ANDROID4.2.2-SDK_V1.0.0_130308 ; it has ap6210 chip onboard (wi-fi and bluetooth).

The main problem with that device is low performance in playing hd and full hd fideo on 23' monitor. I assume that is because of locked to 1000 MHz cpu frequency. When playing hd movies it consumes almost 100% of cpu. And the picture is not smooth (my eye can catch those frame drops though xbmc shows 30-40 fps) - tried different players - same result.

By the way stock rom doesn't do full hd though it has 1080p but it seems to be 720p comparing to same monitor attached to Windows laptop.

I would apriciate any help to unlock cpu of mk808b or tell how to do it and if it would be efficient.

Only rk3066_T005_Launcher2_public_20130121 firmware provides to start my MK808B. But without wifi&bt

Here is one from w2comp that uses that chipset... it working on mine ( mine has a blue board instead ) but can't say for certain it will on yours... http://blog.w2comp.com/2013/12/15-de...-firmware.html

PS... if the link doesn't take you to the proper download... look at the 15 Dec 2013 blog for the MK802 IIIS ...

The above link is the same one I posted about on post #161. There is another one that I posted about on #151 that is an earlier version and others have posted some after that as well... perhaps one of them may help

You should definately dump your firmware and share it because there is no working firmware for this hardware at the moment.

EDIT: Nevermind, i saw you already flahed it

The only way to tell which fake you have is by opening it up and looking at the chipsets on both sides of the device... If you can't identify it by comparing it to the ones already listed in this thread... post pics of both sides of the electronics and maybe someone can help you... without the pics, you can't get any real help, just blind guesswork

If you can't identify it by comparing it to the ones already listed in this thread... post pics of both sides of the electronics and maybe someone can help you... without the pics, you can't get any real help, just blind guesswork

thanks for your answer, probe all of them, and my unit turns on the light but does not start anything, the screen is black, can not be the same device. or maybe it is broken.

Do not flash any of the standard AP6210 firmwares, this stick seems to refuse to boot on any of them. If you have this device, it would be very helpful if you could share a backup of your firmware (how to backup).

If it is a rk903, all standard mk808b roms should work.

Help with Ditter V19 Rk3066

I bought and android tv Ditter V19 Rk3066 but since I have it, it doesn´t work, I need help, and img or a restore archive. I only get something with MK808 Finless 1.7 but it freeze in the begining showing GOOGLE TV or the android with recovering data and sudenly stops. I have attached an image. Thanks
