Here is two file in external SD (8GB)

We can get into TWRP main menu, but when select External SD then nothing show below (Subdirectory), We wait almost three minutes still no luck
there is a chance, can you share recovery.img up here (the one work for you)....

Grab TWRP 2.8.7.0 K200 (10.816k) and use this as your recovery.img. This guy worked for me.

The TWRP subdirectory on the SD card has to look like this:

Go into Restore and 1.9c will be there.

This is the link where is my image downloaded and rename to recovery.img
Still I didnt see any subdirectory after selected EXTERNAL SD (step 8 and 9) on the link you provided

when clicked on TWRP folder you should see BACKUPs folder and file called .twrps

when backups folder is clicked you will see K200 folder

when K200 folder is clicked you will see folder with dates etc KOT49H etc etc

inside that folder you will see all the backed up files

Insert EX-Sd booting to TEAM WIN
Selecte RESTORE
Click on top: STORAGE: EXTERNAL SD
Check mark on EXTERNAL SD
now in SELECT PACKAGE TO RESTORE====>NO FILES SHOW HERE (Should now show something in my EX-SD)

Now base on this wording, I just found out
If you last click on RESTORE that mean you are using TWRP Manager. apps
However still doesn't work, event I saw all files in External SD

Yes... This link will get you the file that you need to rename. This along with the unpacked 1.9c on your SD card is all that you need. The toothpick reboot will kick in TWRP and then do a Restore using 1.9c.

td... I am going to back out of this and let JM take over. I followed his instructions and installed 1.9 & 1.9c without issue. Sorry that I could not have been more help...
