Yep I agree with Kev, it appears not to be going into receive mode,
It start boot then continues to boot.
Error is instantaneous,
Stays connected until Android loads then disconnects.
Using reset button has no effect.

Hello kevin1341, I copied this from another AML box, but it should work for you...
"In the above photo, the part 1 is showing the firmware you just loaded, and please note, if you see the part 2 error (mac 0), Please follow the step 4, if NOT, just ignore and see the step 5.

4) Download this file to your computer, unzip it, and copy the whole folder which is called" License" and then go to your "USB Burning tool" Installation directory, For example, if you put the USB burning tool in C:/ Program Files(X86)/Amlogic/USB_Burning_Tool/, paste the "license" folder you just download, and replace the existing one, and then repeat the step 3."

May I know what is AML box you copied these files from?

Connect USB
Burning tool confirm
Hit start.
Failed first time, box loaded back into Android.

Removed USB and Power,
I did not stop or Cancel burning tool
Second attempt
Re-Connect USB, started to load OK reconnect power
Done,

So far so good.
Good to have Youtube and Netflix in HD.
Tried to root it with ezroot but could not.
I think if I did root it I would Ioose security level 1 so no more Netflix and Youtube in HD.
I have the remote and WiFi working again.
Very happy so far.

Hello.

I still can not upload new firmware.
Connecting the PC ----> SPOT i7 is functional only for a moment.
After about 10 seconds from the PC SPOT spontaneously disconnected, and you can not load it.
