Basically, there are two steps. 1) You need to put these two files on an SD card and from Android, run the Update and Backup app. From the local update section click select, and select the aml_autoscript.zip, and click update. The box will reboot, once it boots to Android, step 1 is complete. Step one prepares the i7 to boot from SD card, USB Card reader or flash drive. You won't notice much during or afterwards.
For step 2 you need the OE image for the i7. Use Win32DiskImager to write the image to the SD card or flash drive. Once done, safety remove the card and insert it in the i7. Boot or reboot and OE should boot. First boot can take a few minutes, be patient. If after 5-7 minutes it has not booted, power down the i7, wait 5 seconds and power on. Should boot to OE.
Good luck.
Oops, I see you found it. I will leave this for others. But over time links may change, so best to keep an eye on the OE thread in Inphic's category, Firmware-ROMs-Tools.

Oops, I am writing as an update exists. When you see the name you cite, click it( you only need fhe file ending in 7z)and a download "arrow" will appear, click it. Save it and if it ends with the extension ".7z", extract it. I used 7Zip. The result will be a file ending in, ". img". Use Win32DiskImager to burn the img file to card or flash drive.
