It sits in the 70's that's ok, best temp was 114c before the mod, idle now 40~50 so it has to help.
A nice tight sandwich when you put the lid on and you hear nothing...Shhhh and the plate out of the base also.
            Cheers

Yes if we get a few more on board we can look into this,
You could add your wisdom to the various burning tool issues that appear to be about
                Cheers

Trebor how do those scores compare to other units.
What were you running when the temp was 114c.
Hot enough to cook a small steak.

Oh yer it was hot as....using the Ice storm extreme 3dmark tests
The Scores for what they are worth much the same as the Tronsmart S905

The only 1/8 GB does struggle when pushed like most 1/8 units.

Does as expected for what the Inphic i7 is, a couple of minor bugs in there rom ! in the WIFI

All in all not too bad at all, Wi-FI and ethernet speeds ok
As mentioned Plex and Netflix very watchable

Looks kinda groovy only disappointed, I now have two white remotes so confusion has struck again
                      Cheers

My i7 stopped working over night and all I get is the red light.
It had switched its self off sometimes but had started after using the remote.
Tried to get pc to recognize it but it would not.
Opened up unit and found that it has no reset button on the board.
Will try to fix it when I have the u-boot.bin file with sd card.
The unit has been working great with all the apps that I listed in my first post.
I did have it changing volume by its self sometimes in different apps.
                        Cheers
                        Kevin
Did you get to use this file for the burning card?

Have you tried Spot the i7 - Root patch?
                                It's functional?
