Still get the odd first power on lockup, off and on again no problem.
Can take a 10~20 second to connect to network
No other major hassles noticed.
Mentioned in a previous post I was not to happy with heat sink arrangement, did a bit of a quick and dirty.
Having no problems, thought do it cant hurt.
Would get warm to touch, expected really with no vents and a lack of circulation.
Original heat sink attached to Tin Lid

Tin Lid with 1 MM thermal pad found on inside

Removed Tin Lid covering CPU/Ram, also removed Heat sink from Tin Lid.
Heat sink now sits directly on top of CPU with the small 1 MM thick thermal pad found on the inside of the Tin Lid (clears all bits on PCB)
Attached the Tin Lid to the inside of the Tronsmart top with stick pad left over from original Heat Sink, mounted lid inline with heat sink.
As the heat sink now only sits on CPU with the 1 MM thermal pad (not much stick) it can move if bumped, then placed a 3~4 mm thick thermal pad
on the top of the heat sink to force it against tin lid. All sandwiched together not to tight no Bow noticed in PCB when remounting PCB to Lid.
I was going to use some alloy plate in the top of the box, I think that would mess up the WIFI
Will monitor if i notice anything.
Cheers
