I want to modify uboot on my OTT box but a lot of links in the first post are dead. Is there a more current and concise guide elsewhere?

No worries, things like this move fast and it can be a pain to keep up with it.

Thanks to both of you for all the hard work.

I wonder if the upcoming S905x devices are going to be backward compatible with these images? (after replacing dtb.img of course)

Nice of you to say, but all credit goes to balbes150. He is very productive, constantly improving all of his many S95 goodies while also including more S905 devices in to the mix.

                  Welcome to Freaktab, have fun.

I'm still working on getting my box up and running, but I wanted to share the dtb.img with everyone:

This is for the Sunvell/OTT T95M. Balbes, feel free to add it to your files if you want.

SD card to become bootable. It is tested on several different models with 1Gb and 2GB of RAM. The partitions on the SD card are visible on a PC with Linux. Can download any image, install the bootloader and check. I suggest not to connect the 3.3 V UART adapter. I recommend to only use three pins Rx Tx GRN. The adapter will get power from USB.

p/s/ I have a Spot on i7 has stopped working internal memory eMMC. Now I use it with an SD card, on which is written the Linux and the boot loader. Everything is fine starts and runs.
Hi balbes150 , I 've tried to flash this weekend my device with the technique "shorten the two pins" without any succes though, I gues I 'll have to wait for my cables to arrive.

Added dtb file on the website. Soon I will add the script to activate the multi-boot with support for automatic model definition (ott_t95m.dtb). The following versions of Ubuntu and Armbian in the images.

Wetek, is has also an amlogic chipset, they run enigma2 (openatv, openpli) it is linux based, would it be possible to compile enigma on our devices? This would be great to use my satellite settopboxes as dvb-s2 server.
