also can you try to compile dns_resolver.ko?
i think it should solve nfs on stock kernel.

adb problems

try uncheching adb under development settings and check it again.
then go to special and connect to pc

I check connect to pc adb under special and check and uncheck usb debugging ..
But I still can not connect ... Can You connect to you box over Ethernet with adb function from pc ?

I can NOT find adb under development setting ???

I didn't notice any reference to ethernet module load, but tomorrow I will compile again the kernel with ethernet module inside, and i will make all the modules again, so if you have some more request, I will try to compile them too. A list with all the useful modules could help, I don't use cifs,nfs and all this stuff. So if someone miss some kernel funtionality, only tell me and I will try to enable it like a module or inside the kernel if it can't be compiled like a module.

Mount Cifs nas shares on start Up

Hello lewy20041,

Can You help me I want to have the system mount 3 shares on start up and have them stay active ...

These are just cifs nas shares ...

my devices are: \\mikes-pc\music (windows xp box)
\\nas\media
\\nas\backups

They all need to be read/write

Can You help me please ...

What do I need to do and can I use the custom.ko files to do it ??

firstly, i want to thank you for your tuning efforts at the k-r42 device.
the device has a heatsink with PCB V2.1 (greater pcb ver. have also i assume)
