After two days of intense searching for the right firmware I finally got it!!!!

Here it is:

I used RK Batch Tool v7 (chinese version) to install.
It might take a little while the first time you start up.

WIFI and BT working again! Still a bit stuttering on netflix and XBMC, so if anyone got a sollution to this problem I will even moore happier

I have tried the New kernel for MK802IV With the Nexus SDK2 ROM but no Luck. Also tried strauzo kernel for the MK908. I am not sure whats up With this Device Currently I am running Stock kernel With SDK2 rom but I think With a custom kernel it would be much better
