My Box Mecool Ki Pro Justa arrived, But there is a problem. when i turn it on the blue led cames on and no pictures at all apears on tv. what can i do ? please help me. Thanks

I did not make it. the computer does not recognize the device. I tried on two different computers. Any idea?

Yes. I tried on all of them actually. Looks like the computer does not find the box. in the usb manager, nothing appears.

No. the male usb I bought is over 15cm. 1 meter

try amalogic burn card maker, you need micro sd card, worked for me, when I had problems with USB cable

I already tried that too. but without success. only the bloody blue led on and nothing else.

i flashed stock rom with burn card maker, custom rom wouldn't work with burn card maker, are you trying to flash custom or back to stock, can't remember but I'm sure I had to hold front power button in while plugging power cable in as the reset button hole underneath didn't work with this method of flashing with burn card maker
