    I´ve got my device with firmware NHG47L20170729.200938.V0619 (kernel 3.14.29 / July 29th 2017)
I would like to test this Android 7.1.1 - SCV2 ROM - Trebor gave me the advice to use it.
But I am confused about the L1 key thing.
With stock Rom named above it has L1 now.
Do I still have to install keys first as said in posting #135 and then flashing this ROM ?

Already. Well yes We want Android TV version.
How much time is left? We need a regressive counter for impatience.
Any date for the new firmware?
Look for time to do it. Many of us are waiting to give the best life to our KI PRO

P.S. Another thing to fix is the poster when dtv records. That sign with the counter is big and ugly. Better a simple red circle to know that it is recording.

Just got the box already with latest stock rom and everything works fine. Don't have a USB male to male cable atm to flash this. Just wondering, can we install TVHeadend in this rom to watch with TVH Live Channel app from Play Store?

First of all, thank you very much superceleron for your great work. You make posible the inposible in several TV Boxes.

The question is made by other users; finally, will you release an Android TV firmware with VOD apps in HD?

I don´t wanna you say a day. Only if you willl take some time anytime to do it. A lot of people are waiting to test this rom

              Thank you again.

Some users have confirmed that if it is installed the september stock firmware, L1 widevine appears again.

                  I haven't tried it yet.

Bbesides that, I don't understand. Do you mean that you will do an Android TV firmware to make possible VOD HDs apps for the KI PRO? I know that this (VOD apps in HD) is only possible with the Widevine L1.

Thank you again and sorry for the misunderstood

I am constantly getting error messages like: "Process xxxxxx stopped working..", where xxxxx is many apps like: system, settings, Kodi, Messages, etc. And then the whole box freezes completely most of the times. I click " close" but it gets stuck, and I have to unplug the box.

Has anyone here faced this issue?

I already did a full Wipe on TWRP, factory reset, and nothing. I also tried other firmwares and the same happens. I am afraid it might be a hardware issue.

Don´t have that problems - but in your case I would check two things :

                        1. Temperature problem ? Kodi System Information tells you the temp.
                        2. defective power adapter ? The one I´ve got with my device does it - but has only 1 Amp. That can be citical if LNB has much power consumption. Try one with 2 Amp or more.

Tks, and whats is the maximum temperature allowed?

should be under 80 Degrees Celsius. My device has about end of fifty when idle and up to 75 if real busy.
I drilled some holes in the housing cover because I have seen that it gets really hot. And put some "feets" under the device. The bottom should have 1cm distance to the table.
