Hi

I have a H96 Pro Plus 3Gb 16Gb Green board TV Box. The Ethernet port is not working anymore so I decided use a Orico USB 2.0 to Ethernet adapter.

I found that it works great on all the android 6.0 firmware, but not on any android 7 firmware.

Are there any settings that I need to change to make it work on android 7? Or is there a way to install drivers for it?

Any advice will be highly appreciated

Did you try the S912 ATVXperience firmware?
You can try to ask in their forum if they can add support for the ethernet adaptor perhaps.

Thanks for the response. I actually installed it yesterday and found that it also does not support the adapter. Is there a known adapter that works on android 7, or does android 7 not support ethernet adapters by default?

Heheh that is because the module is missing in 7 default kernels!
I cant remember all the ones supported but i know theirs some!

ah c'est sur si tu as deja utilis? my canal en version ANDROID classique me dit pas que c'est aussi visuel ET Intuitif que la version ANDROID TV

La manipulation des cases choix DE Chaines sous ANDROID CLASSIC est ? peine ombrag? pour la selectionner et il est preferable de passer en mode souris pour etre sur d'avoir selectionner la bonne chaine , l'avance dans le curseur temps se fait aussi en mode souris donc plus embetant

Je suis d'accord , la chaine selectionnee est peu ombragee mais personnellement je trouve que ?a reste largement visible, meme s'il est vrai que le carre entourant les chaines selectionnees sous ATV est appreciable.
J'ai quand meme tenu a partager vu que j'utilisais precedemment cette rom car a l'epoque mycanal marchait dessus alors que sous la version android classique on ne pouvait pas naviguer a la telecommande sur les chaines sans passer par le mode souris ( ce qui m'avait fait passer sous ATV a l'epoque ).
Aujourd'hui sauf pour m'identifier et zapper le message que mycanal detecte que mon appareil est root au premier demarrage, j'ai reussi ( pour le moment ) a tout faire avec la telecommande.
Je pense que mon precedent post peut interesser bon nombre d'utilisateurs francais de cette rom attendant une solution pour mycanal et n'ayant pas forcement envie de changer la rom de leur box et de reinstaller toutes leurs applications juste pour faire des tests ...

I flashed this yesterday successfully but I noticed that Netflix was not working. Pre-installed says "wrong credentials" and play store version gives that UI-800-3 error. And later I found out that Netflix is blocked devices from accessing it.

So how I can get Netflix working? SD or HD, I don't care at this point.

And though not specific to this device, can I hide my root somehow? Or is the device even rooted normally, after flashing? Because some other app blocks me from watching because it doesn't support rooted devices. Edit: After I rooted my device, that app does not complain anymore about the root. Weird

1. Every time the device wakes up from sleep, WiFi is turned off and I have to turn it on manually. It's very bothersome. What can I do?
2. Ethernet does not work. I could use it instead of WiFi, but I can't. The system does not see eth0 (ifconfig ?a). Therefore, the interface cannot be enabled.
3. Methods with enabling Ethernet via netcfg cannot be performed. I don't have root, so su is not working. netcfg is not detected as a command. What can you do?
4. How to make root on this ROM?
5. Possibly what other ROM to use to make everything work properly?

Hi guys, very compliments superceleron the rom is super-reactive, but is it normal that upgrading from SCV1 to SCV4 are loosed settings like HDR TO SDR, SDR TO HDR, and chroma setting (YUV,RGB, 4.4.4,4.2.2, etc)???
