I don't remember, but in the Settings - Memory (or Programs ?) you'll see a "NAND Flash" under the memory usage screen graph. Click on this to initialize the NAND memory. After this, the sdcard will be available.

The root case is overheating, I think.
Make sure heatsinks are installed on the chips.

Settings - (Device) Memory, scroll down under the memory utilization diagrams, and click on the "Mount NAND Flash" menu.
BTW. Did someone try compare the efficiency of some media pleer like Iconbit HDS41L powered by Realtek RTD1073 and our device when they play video? I become to hesitate that i sold my player for nothing. T-R42 play 20Gb video as not so smoothly as HDS41L.

Hi Wasser
Would you be able to update your first post with a link to your 1.2.1 firmware? By now, it's buried in this thread.
A couple nights ago I installed the latest geekbuying firmware, but didn't really notice any differences between it and the original, so I'm back to your 1.2.1. Much better.
I've noticed some issues with my C270 camera when using the latest Skype .apk. Not sure at this point if that's a problem with Skype or something else. The camera seems to work until the call is being connected. Then Skype crashes out. I see recommendations of using a powered hub. I'll have to see if I can try that.
On a previous 1.2.1 install I installed the latest justxbmc.apk and noticed some jittery video during some streaming from the USTVNow addon. I haven't tested enough to know if it happens elsewhere.
Hope to have some more testing time in the next few days...
Thanks!
Bill

Couple more things...
Camera (for the C270) support seems to be unstable. Sometimes it works with the Camera app, sometimes it requires the camera to be unplugged and plugged back in for it to start working.
Skype video remains unusable. Calls are dropped when the camera starts to come online.
When the box is booted, if there's a USB drive plugged in, I was having problems with the NAND not being mountable. I'd try to mount it, but no go. Would only work after I unplugged the USB drive. Then during a reboot it mounted properly.
Netflix audio is off just a bit... not nearly as bad as xbmc audio (which is able to be solved using an offset value). It's manageable. Not using a receiver... just HDMI straight to the TV for A/V.
Bill
edit..
One more thing. When "Sleep" is pressed from the task bar, the device briefly goes to sleep, the button turns red for about 10 sec, then turns completely off. When the button is repressed, it starts up cold. Not really a big deal either... I don't use sleep... the box doesn't make any heat and seems to be happy running 24/7.
