Got the same item as you and it is also faulty with the usual HDMI port issue and also random power shutdown issue.

Requested to exchange this and got somewhat unclear instructions on what to send back to their warehouse. Asked to confirm if I have to send back everything or just the tv box (as stated in their instructions) but I am sending it back for a product change, not RMA so I assume those instructions are for RMA.

Its been 4 days since their last response...If they don't respond by today, I will probably buy another tv box else where and never do business with them again
