So, any other bugs apart from GPS not working?

- No reboot option via hardware button
- No multiwindow

+ WiFi seems better despite the same connection speed
+ Photos from camera looking defenitely beter indoors
+ ART or Dalvik choise. I'm using ART now.
+ Easy way to choose default launcher from settings menu

The reboot and multiwindow issues aren't bugs...they are simply features that are left out of the firmware by Pipo. Same with GPS.

There would be many bugs had Pipo decided to leave in a half ass'd rendition of those features that didn't work right. Maybe all three items will drift back into future updates...but I'm quite happy with the performance of this ROM the way it is.

yeah randy's right, before when i had Pipo u8 its Kitkat version has no multiwindow too. im still experiencing reboots but Im getting used to it since I dont have a choice and the performance is still great even its a beta version and thanks for randy.

Randy, I absolutely agree just posted what noticed so far. For sure there are much more pros then cons even in this beta version.

ovecka, to be honest it had never worked properly on JB since beginning. I had used 3rd party software for calibration which was just perfect and later just gave it up too. Because in 99% of cases I need the same brightness level.

That's weird. I'd say it have worked well for me so far. Nevermind. I am back on 4.2.1 as I also experienced a dramatic drop of mobile network signal quality. It was on 1 bar instead of full 4 as before.

And that's weird for me as I have completely opposite result, signal strenghth and connection significantly improved with KitKat.

I have a different kitkat rom of m7 pro, can i use the kernel from this rom to that rom? Can i just install it straight up? No reformat needed?

Only if you tell us what ROM you are using. Is it another mod or something newer from PiPo?

I installed kasty's rom, same source with riley's.

I rebooted to cwm recovery to do a backup. It wasn't able to mount sd card, so I went back to the main menu and tried to reboot back to the system. Now my tab keeps rebooting always back into cwm recovery. What can I do?

Solved! But not sure how... I had Flash Tool running and tab connected to laptop.
Tab was in CWM recovery, I pressed ESC + power and then selected "reboot system" from the recovery menu. Screen went black and Flash Tool recognized the tab and I was able to Erase IDB and Flash ROM again.

It looks CWM recovery is not working right with this version?

Boot Screen of 4.2.2 RileyROM?

Hey guys,
Maybe a stupid question but please don't shame on me. I'm really happy with the 2.5 /2.5.1 RileyROM but when I boot up the M7 I still have the boot screen of RileyROM 4.2.2, is it on purpose or have I done some mistake while flashing The KK ROM 2.5/2.5.1 ?
