I have uploaded here ( or somewhere among last messages in thread for 2.4??? ) such a kernel for KitKat and am using it myself right now.
I have no problem with Titanium except some restored apps were not working. probably they stored some settings not compatible with KK

There is a new RK Flash Tool available which does backups. I'm thinking about including it in my ROM kits.

With this new tool, you can perform backups.

However...I would not use a NAND backup to go back and forth between Jellybean and KitKat right now until we confirm there aren't any problems. (If you want to test this theory I have about compatibility issues...do so at your own risk....and share your results).

I've tried the backup option from tool in previous message and experience now the same after had tablet in bootloader mode and did backup. Also, any butoons/icons added to the quick panel disappear now after reboot. Seems switching to bootloader mode is doing something with tablet and put the last status before bootloader into some settings.

I rolled back to dalvik and the tab is still fast, wifi is ok and i haven't already suffered reboots...I think i'll keep this configuration (my wife is using the tab and she's now finally ok).

I really like kitkat, so I also flashed my galaxy tab 10.1 with Omnirom and i can see a lot of improvements, even if Pipo is another planet, a faster user experience and a more brilliant screen!

I switched to ART mode and the tab is super fast. The only thing that i noticed is that when i reboot the tab it takes a long time (around 3 minutes) to update the apps. The first time i did it I was expecting it, the next not...

Is there something in settings i need to configure to make the boot faster?

Anyway, great rom, even if GPS is not working (but i don't use it on the tab)!

Refer to this article to see the diffence between ART and Dalvik. At the end of the article it explains that ''ART uses AOT compilation, which prolongs the install times of applications because the Dalvik bytecode gets compiled to machine code. Therefore, each time I deploy a new version of the app on my device, I have to wait for this additional time to pass so that the app optimizes for the ART runtime. This causes a significant delay in the deployment process.Install times on my Nexus 4, for one of our larger projects, jumped from ~17 s to ~25 s.''

Is there a way to make SD card the default storage for app data? Rom Manager's Apps2SD and Link2SD doesn't work.

Look in the M9 Pro thread...there is some discussion there.

Try reading http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2414162. I try this with U8 before and wokrs fine. Or you can use foldermount, I am using foldermount to use extsdcard for large data files.

Actually those kernels are with reduced voltage but for 1704 MHz only. Do you need underclocked with reduced voltage? Or a standard one?

stock cpu oc ram 720 low voltage/low voltage +25 mv. i have tried low voltage +25 and works fine with my tablet but i have note yet tried low voltage which is 25 mv less right?

thank you in advance fazerg.. i have just flashed this kit kat rom. first test was to run speedtests from speedtest.net. even though wifi signal is the same the download speed seems a bit less. i have an 8Mbps connection and i used to get 8.3 Mbps with rileyrom 2.4. Now i receive 7.2 maximum. I have confirmed this with my laptop which still receives 8.3 and double confirmed with numerous download servers.. Can anyone else confirm?

stelios, I don't know what you mean low and low +25. I do change scripts myself the way I like. At the moment I'm using voltages reduced by 25 or 50 mV depending on frequency and making frequency/voltage table more or less linear. That's it. My M7 is very stable with these settings.
So here you are, just one kernel matching your request. This is Riley ROM kernel
                            This table used:
                            "cpu1608h" =>
                            [
                            [900000, 312000],
                            [925000, 504000],
                            [975000, 816000],
                            [1050000, 1008000],
                            [1100000, 1200000],
                            [1200000, 1416000],
                            [1250000, 1608000],

                              thank u very much fazerg.
see post #18 on this thread.. the person that did these kernels for rr2.4 reduced voltage by 100mv on each frequency.. +25mv was voltage reduced by 75.. i have used +25mv which is basically -75mv than stock voltages with no problems on my pipo m7.
can we handle even lower voltages? is this kernel reduced by -25mv or -50mv?

Well, atached is 100mV less CPU @ 1608 MHz max.
Try it on your own risk. I have no time for that
