version 1.3 was a Jellybean ROM.
In order to switch from Jellybean to KitKat, you must have the bootloader.bin (the first item on the flashing list) selected to flash.
If you did not flash the boot loader, chances are you have hard bricked your tablet.
There is a solution in this thread:
And this thread is worth reading:
http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...G-A-KITKAT-ROM!!!!!
If you decide you don't like KitKat....read this thread:
If you want to try the latest Pipo Project version....new firmware compiled by our Freaktab developers from Pipo sources....go here:

Everyone is asking about Lollipop.
Here's the deal, Folks.....Lollipop on our older Pipo tablets is only a possibility if and when an SDK is made available to us. There might be an SDK floating around, but I haven't heard of one.
We simply don't know if these KitKat sources will allow us to tweak and adjust enough to make a Lollipop ROM. It's only been a few weeks since we received all of the sources from Pipo...and most of the DEV's are just getting started on their KK mods.
It's totally up to whether the kernel developers want to take their work to that level. Since I'm not a kernel developer, I really don't know what is involved, but I do know it would be a lot of work.
While it is a logical possibility...I can't speak for the kernel developers here. Lollipop isn't on our list of goals, but it would be a cool bonus if we could pull it off...someday.Randy

I have not tried it to Pipo M6 Pro. Still using Jelly Bean because of maximum application compatibility.

It isn't true Lollipop...not with a JB kernel.
If you are happy with JB...there's no problem sticking with it. It's really all about the user experience, and what you want to run on your tablet.Randy

That will be up to our kernel developers to decide...after compiling KK kernels, it it's worth it for them to spend their time porting their code to the Lollipop SDK.Randy
