A brand new ROM will be released tomorrow sometime. I've just put the finishing touches and the whole Pipo Project Team needs to approve it before we release it. Stay Tuned.

                That's correct...it's only for the M6 Pro.

                  Display Setting

Now I have the Riley Rom 4.2.2 and there is no possibility to change display setting from RETINA to less detailed, in this new 1.8 Kit Kat is it present?

I got feeling and information that low resolution will speed up the tablet, but with my current ROM I cannot do that.

                  Thank you

                    Yes, you can!

But, in my humble opinion, the visual screen quality goes down significantly (at least on my M6Pro), so I am not using the low res.
The new ROM has an average AnTuTu score of 24500, so why bother going down in resolution.
You can read all the info on the new ROM here:

Thank you very much for your fast reply.

I have some delay on my deivce and some "block" of the system quite often and reading on the net the low resolution will improve this problem, unfortunately I cannot try it now, so if the new ROM is ok and fast on high resolution, good, otherwise I would like to try the low resolution.

                      Ciao

                        Hi,

me too had occasional freezes using RR1.8.2,-or any other earlier ROM- when using both the stock browser as well as Chrome or Firefox when browsing through pages with a lot of graphic information on it.

I know my tablet has a very unlucky CPU, I can not use any overclocking or memoryspeed adjustments what so ever.
Using the stock Pipo-ROM was the most stable, but 4.2.2 only.

I am using the new v1.0 ROM for several days now, and I had no problems so far! (fingers crossed)

                        Un saludo,

At least for some...I believe we've found the Holy Grail for this tablet, at least. Except for a few unlucky reports...the new Pipo Project ROM is the best yet.

No doubt this is the most solid kernel we've had. Haven't had one reboot,or sleep of death. Antutu was over 25000 in 1600 X 1200 resolution, and 24500 in HD resolution. It's really amazing it's this good this early, considering that it was ported from the M8HD sources. The battery life is so good, that I'm a little suspicious the battery percent may not be updating properly, but I don't have proof of that.

I'm still hoping we can get a fix or update to the Chromium Web view problem I outlined in an earlier post. Maybe the version used in cm11 could be ported over. That's really the only bug left that irritates me.

                              I agree.

Do me a favor, though...and post those suggestions over on the [Pipo-Project] M6 Pro thread because that's where Maakie/D33 look for feedback. I'm not sure they check the old RileyROM threads much. I think Maakie is working on a few things he's found.
