    and try flashing kernels again
this is not relevant when flashing a kernel. Even wike cache and so on are totally USELESS!

    to correclty flash the kernel:

connect the tablet via USB to the PC
press power on and volume + together
using the flash tool flash ONLY the kernel.img (without erase IDB).
Pay attention that the kernel MUST be extracted from the ZIP before flashing

if the tablet doesn't work properly, the kernel is not suitable for the specific tablet.
    Try another kernel.
The most compatible kernels are: "Claro" and "kimmen". If none of them works: stay with the stock, you probably have bad CPU and/or RAM.

Connect your device, load up the tool, untick everything but kernel and click flash.
      totally right!
I'm quite tired to repeat always the same things...

      thanks!

ive tried claro but not kimmen.someone few posts said it worked on there sumvision 297 which is the same as mine.

That assuming its a kernels issue and not a third party app he has installed forcing the boot loop

You're missing the point. The hardware on these devices seems to vary slightly meaning you can't assure a kernel will be stable on your device. I also have a Sumvision 2 9.7" and kernel_kitkat_1.8_cpu1704h_gpu600h STOCK_ddr720_VERY_LOW_V2 works fine but that doesn't mean it will work on yours.

if its the same tablet why would work on one and not the other.same hardware and internals?

last thing i can think off is to reflash bootloader as well as the kernel (making sure you got the right one ie kk no jb) and if all fails go back to 1.6

If he didn't have the correct bootloader then he wouldn't be getting that far. I wouldn't advise messing about with the bootloader jaykay as you'll just give yourself a worse headache.

About the hardware differences I can't comment on specifics I am just going off what giouncino has said. My guess would be that as these tablets are cheap the components used aren't particularly reliable.

because all processors are not built equal

i think i will stick with stock until someone gets it to work with my hw.

Not sure that 100% true because he was stuck on the bootloader screen
If I remember right the bootloader boot the kernels and then the kernel act like a middle man between the hardware and the software but I could be wrong

if you do not have a lucky CPU/RAM nothing can be done.
You can only use stock kernel.

CPU and RAM are different one by one, Because the silicon chip of every CPU is different from any other.
The more is "pure" the more you can go high with Freq reducing voltage,
the less is "pure" the more voltage you need to make it stable at higher frequency.

You probably have a CPU coming from the boudaries of the silicon chip wafer (from which are built every single CPU). That's the reason why it is not stable with mod kernel.
You cannot change the stock kernel for a modded one now and in the future nothing will change FOR SURE!

For PC CPUs the ones extracted from the external silicon chips wafer are less pure and generally are used for low-end CPU (low freq, lower price for entry level GPU).
CPU extracted from the middle of the silicon chip wafer are more "pure" and can go higher in freq (top of the line CPUs) without increase voltage (less heat).
For RK3188 cpu, all the wafer is used for that kind of CPU: internals CPUs are RK3188, externals are RK3188T (lower price). It is also possible you have a 3188T CPU or a not lucky at all 3188 standard.
