HardwareGuru Rom 04 - Firmware for Neo X7

Hi guys, I've installed Beta: 04a.Rev2 and downloaded the dutch broadcasting app NPO. While the version specifices the NPO app working, mine still buffers and stutters after 10min. Within XBMC, the NPO plugin works fine.

Any solution for this?

Same here.

NPO app either stays playing at the very lowest quality (not detecting it can achieve higher bitrates). Or it hangs when trying to switch to a higher bitrate dynamically. Same goes for RTL XL, NPO websites (3fm), etc.

Everything that depends on the libmedia framework shows this behavior. XBMC and Netflix seem to have their own media handling code, which results in them not having problems.

i know all the ways to automount external sources ;D

on hardwareguru rom so i want to know if some apps conflict with stickmount.
i deleted -> airdroid,bsplayer,airpin
are the some other apps which automounts be dafault?
or a script inside the rom?
i have to disable all the apps/scripts that automount.

i want that the rom automount all my hdds everytime it starts.
and!! i want that the rom mounts it everytime the SAME way,so all paths are the same.
because sometimes when i reboot the rom some paths are not the same as before and then i have to connect some hdds again and have to relocate the movies -.-
annoying!!!
stickmount pro is known for mounting the hdds with specific labels and specific paths.

Pro) Mount as partition label

Instead of using the block device name (sda1, sda2, sdb1, etc) for the partition, use the partition label as mount name. If the label is not available, fall back to the partition uuid (unique id). Only if that is not available either, use the block device name as mount.

This helps to keep your files in the same and easily identifiable place!

so i hope this app will fix my problem ;D
so i only want to use THIS app to automount my hdds.

imagine being satisfied with the STANDARD firmware from Minix, they should have provided a "perfect" firmware from the beginning eh ? - then maybe all this was not even THAT nescessary

I will be but it is still very buggy. 13.1 beta 1 came out a few days ago to start to fix some of it but I can guarantee there will be a few more betas coming out soon before the 13.1 stable. Also the skin that I use as a base still has problems and he is fixing them slowly so it is just a waiting game really.

dont think ive seen a box that was released to public that firmware was perfect on lol, But i have seen releaesed roms from Freaktab that are Pretty damn close,

Did you manage to have to progress with getting HSL Smoothstreaming running on this box? I Remember you working on this and had some beta in which it was working properly.

Would love to know what you already tried to we can use this and try it out on the kitkat roms currently available. Let me know

can i use "build.prop.no_overlay_small_icons_quickflashe r" ? As i need smaller icons, even 1080p is way too big in Projector screen. Or how to make it bit smaller?
