screen goes black for a sec and return

Hello,

I have this wired problem: every now and then, the screen goes black and then returns.
I use 1080P 60HZ.
tried to change it to 50HZ and to 24Hz but it did not help.

Can you please help?

Spotify

Seems to work great so far. Proberly not designed for the mini because bleutooth won't work but i dont use it anyway so no problem.

Just trying out the different xbmc versions. So far justXbmc v4 seems to run best for me. What do you guys use?

Just when using Spotify or with all apps? Is your Minix connected to a receiver over HDMI maybe? I had this problem with my Onkyo receiver. I now use SPDIF and the glitches are gone.

Sound issues in xbmc are not over yet

Hello again...

I thought that by installing beyond xbmc sounds issues were solved - I was wrong .

Some of them are solved except for one:
I found out that a video with dolby digital does not play. It does play if I play it directly in BS player.

Can I somehow fix this?

I'm on HG3, but I also noticed this. I don't know how bad it is in your case, but if I switch resolution to 720p it seems better. You got that same experience?

just tried with 720p and 1080p 30 and 24 and 50 hertz,all the same,the mouse is laggy with K400

I believe i have to edit the vold.fstab... But do not want to get into some issue. Anyone can help?

Did you try cifs manager in the play store? Possibly your x7 needs to be rooted for that.. For me that worked

Now... That was easier than expected. Mounted smb, still trying nfs.
But i believe i have to manually mount everytime i restart.

I just flashed the HSL version of the ROM and everything is working smoothly. The only issue is that I cannot get Amazon Instant video to work on any of the browsers. I've tried Chome, Stock and Dolphin and in all browsers the video just keeps showing "Connecting". On QuickShot ROM was I able to play videos in a window but if I made it full screen, I would get a black screen but here it's not even loading.

Any suggestion?

hi, ive just flashed your rom and everything is great, fast smooth video playback. Yet i have a problem with xbmc and i think it was on the standard rom as well hopefully you can help. I am watching icefilms and there is a portion of the screen at the top which is just black.

I have used the vertical slider in settings but all it does is move the picture up and effectively 'behind' the black bar. Its only in xbmc as im using youtube as i type this in fullscreen and its fine.

Maybe its a setting on the tv?

Any ideas?

UPDATE: I have figured out why the black bar appeared at the top, it was when the bar at the bottom was hidden. Does anyone know of any workaround for this?
