Nothing actually. Just usual Android things. Depending on your reqirements on 3G you may also use original libril... but rename it to something else when there is no need.

      Hi!

I have a problem with the wifi since I installed this ROM. It worked fine since yesterday with the original configuration, but since I installed the new ROM it only can connect to the wifi network for a short time once after it restarts and then it is not possible to connect again.

What can I do to solve it?

Anyway, thanks for the ROM, while it works it does really well!

Shit! I don't know what happened but now it appears a dead android screen with a red triangle on it when rebooting!

I've searched a little but do not find any solution specific for the M7... HELP PLEASE!

Click the reset hole with a paperclip. Then try it.

                Check your USB connection.

                  Thanks but didn't work...

To get out of the screen with the dead android I have to reset with a paperclip. Then it stays all disconnected and does not respond to the buttons. I have to press for long time Power and it turns on, but in about 5 seconds the screen with the dead android appears again.

I keep pressing ESC+Power once it has turned on but the Flash Tool does not recognise the tablet and keeps saying "No Found RKAndroid rock usb".

The USB cable is well connected both in the tablet and in the computer and I've tried to get in Flash mode with the cable connected and disconnected.

I don't know what to try anymore...

You must use the stock usb cable and not an ordinary one, there is big a difference

Its just on homescreen and apps-screen that does not.

                      Any fix on this one?

                          Hi again...

I've been trying everything but nothing worked so far.

I can't get it in flash mode and consequently I can't do anything. When it reboots it takes only a few seconds before the "dead android" screen appears and it is too short to put it in flash mode with the buttons and also too short to be recognised by the computer and put it in flash mode with the flash tool.

                          Any idea?

                          Thanks in advance

Sorry for redundancy here...but may I ask.....

Are you using the same PC you originally used to flash the ROM?

Are you using the original USB cable that came with the tablet...yes it makes a difference, the connector is longer to fit better inside the tablet.

Are you connected to a USB 2.0 port...3.0 won't work. Also, don't go through a hub.

Once you are convinced you have a good USB connection try holding escape and power to get into flash mode. You might need to press reset first to make sure the tablet is off.

If none of these work, then you are in a bricked state and will need to get into mask mode by shorting some pins on the NAND chip. They might not be 7 and 8...it could be 6-7 or 8-9. You might need to hold down the power button to keep the tablet on for this. There's a sticky in the Pipo section with pictures if you need them.

You must let your tablet off when you do this procedure.

                              - Let your tablet off
                              - connect your tablet off to your PC
                              - open the flash tool
                              - tablet off you click at the same time to ESC + Power
The flash tool reconize your tablet

                              - erase IDB
                              - flash ROM

Yes, same PC, same ports. I had flashed the tablet a few times with different ROMs before with no trouble. FYI, I was flashing RileyROM 2.4 from a RileyROM 2.7. I was trying to find a ROM in which the wifi worked fine as it was not working at all with 2.6 or 2.7 ROMs

No, because I can't find it... but I'm pretty sure the one I use is fine. I can hear the tablet is recognised with a beep from the computer, and when it gets into the dead android screen a hear a triple-beep. The tablet is in the device manager of the computer but it says there is a problem with it.

                                No hubs, no USB 3.0

I guess I'm in a bricked state. I'm gonna investigate about opening the tablet. Thank you very much again!
