Thank you for your FW
I and many users try your firmware , we found some problems connecting headphones ( no sound ) , we tried to move keymapper from firmware 1.5 but we fail . ART when using some applications do not run from SD Card. During the program separate ART happen graphics bugs in GTA SA game or normal browsing video AVI .
We are pleased that there is such a person who care about the fate S7800B may information that we were able to obtain and pass to a you in any way help you in the future , although even now 4.4 looks nimble despite hastily processor 1.4 Ghz (we understand the problem and wait for the kernel patch )
Thank you for the good work

Let me explain what happened, so others can learn.
Normally, you don't have to roll back to a previous ROM to unbrick a tablet, but there are some things about KitKat that are way different.
When you flash a KitKat ROM, there is an extra metadata partition in the parameter file that is created...and is not compatible with Jellybean ROM's. The boot loader is designed to handle this new partition, so it is specific to the KitKat ROM.
Because the metadata partition is present, when you try to flash a Jellybean ROM over an existing KitKat ROM, things don't mesh...and causes a brick state.
The RKBatchTool is designed to flash a one file update.img...not everything split out like RileyROM's. Depending on the settings within the update.img and parameters, it may or may not flash the boot loader file with the rest of the ROM.
What you had was the KitKat loader stuck on the ROM and no way to flash the Jellybean loader.bin without using the RileyROM flash tool to do it.
Once the KitKat loader was cleared out, and replaced with the Jellybean loader...you were back on track with flashing back to Jellybean.
One thing to watch when flashing back to Jellybean is that since the KitKat ROM formatted the partitions differently, you can only use the KitKat flash tool to erase IDB to clear out the metadata partition. Then, when you fun the Jellybean flash tool, erase IDB will format everything back to what Jellybean needs to run. This is also an important step.
So, in the future...remember to always erase IDB before flashing a whole ROM (not necessary with only flashing a kernel). If you decide again to go back to Jellybean...first erase IDB from the KitKat ROM flash tool, then open the Jellybean ROM...check the loader.bin line, and erase IDB before flashing one more time. That should prevent you from bricking.
I'm quite happy with this KitKat version on my tablet...so I plan on sticking with it. My son hasn't had any problems running the games he likes on it this way.
As I said...I sure hope that JXD will release a KitKat update soon.Randy

I've been testing mine also.
My first ROM's were not as aggressive with debloat, but I'm now removing most of that crap, now.
I may do a complete update, soon.
Thanks for the feedback!!!!!!Randy

Thanks to kristianity77 for checking the problem of going back from Kitkat to Jellybean. I had exactly the same problems and symptoms like you. First I installed the Kitkat stockrom and after I changed to Riley's Kitkat-rom. Then I could not flash back to Jellybean with the RKbatchTool (when I saw the first time a blue button instead of green).
Thanks to Riley for your post #40. So it was easy to go back to my Jellybean stockrom. That's what I did after having flashed to Kitkat:
1. Starting the RK flash tool for Kitkat (inside Riley's Rom download) and checking only the first item (loader).
2. Connect the device via USB and hold the power button (maybe vol.+ also) until the device is found by the tool.
3. Erase Nand (IDB)
4. Open the RKandroidTool (Flash Tool for Jellybean), check first item (loader), connect device and erase Nand (IDB)
5. Load your Jellybean rom into Jellybean RKandroidTool and flash rom.
That's it. Now I am happy again with my Jellybean stockrom. The JXD-Kitkat-rom is a bit too beta for me.
Thanks again to kristianity77 and Riley.
