    Changing the port to DC

    Antutu 18600.
The camera and microphone does not work.
    Rest unchanged.

I will produce two test kernels for you/JDfense to test tonight. I would appreciate you testing them for me. I'll add SPDIF too.

    Just to confirm:

4021 booted ok but cannot click on button
4022 would boot but not stable
4026 will boot stable but only with 'USB trick'

Also can you provide DMESG of 4026?

Using my ipad so apols for any stupid ios spelling 'corrections'
When I replaced your kernel builds on a freshly load T010 rom, all three booted OK to the desktop without the need of using USB trick. The first time of each boot it had the usual KK 4.4 orange-colour desktop. After clicking on any of the iconic buttons, it rebooted. perhaps nothing to do with clicking on buttons, the box just rebooted in 20-30 seconds. After the first boot, all subsequent reboots had grey (black and white) desktop without the top and button task/status bars. I could not capture any screenshot because of the short stay-alive time frame. I was lucky to perform ADB dmesg only once because the box rebooted and disconnecting.

For 4026, I changed the screen resolution. I rooted the box and reloaded kernel 4026. After this change, the box behaves differently (i.e. no longer boot straight to the desktop. However, the USB trick works and once it booted in this way, it seems to be stable. Antutu mark 18926). DMESG attached.

I would appreciate it if you could test and report audio function on each of your devices with stock kernel and my kernel (4022).

    There is a 6330 kernel for T428
My TV box (TV01 V3, RK3188T with AP6210) has a trouble in running the new kernel builds.
I have tried V4022 (both RK1000 and alt-RK1000) and V4026. The TV box booted with UGOS logo and booted straight to the KK desktop. However, when I clicked on any of the icons, the box rebooted itself.
Later on, I also found that the TV box rebooted itself approx. every 20-30 seconds even if I did not click on any iconic buttons. Very strange.

I don't believe there is a hardware related problem because the stock rom [KitKat_T010_AP6210_public_20140403] works (WiFi, BT, Ethernet and Audio over HDMI) well and stable.

The stock rom is 720p and D33's kernel builds are of 1080p resolution. I'm not sure if they are compatible. In my second test approach, I changed the stock rom screen resolution to 1920p by using the command line 'wm size 1920x1080' (in a rooted, terminal emulation). It was an addition to selection of 1920x1080 @ 60Hz in the display settings. I re-scaled the screen and font size to fit. I ran Antutu/CPU-Z ...etc confirming that the screen size is 1920x1080. Next, I flashed the V4026 kernel. To my surprise, my TV box could not boot into desktop (just kept on booting the UGOS logo...Android...UGOS logo...) like it was. However, I was able to boot the desktop by connection the OTG port of the TV box to my PC. Once the USB port has been registered, I applied normal power and the TV box works (This behaviour is also strange because the stock rom boots straight to desktop quickly).

With this configuration, WiFi and BT works. Ethernet had no MAC address. The sound manager shows

    RK29_RK1000
    RK29_RK1000 5Point1Multichannel
    RK29_RK1000 PASSTHROUGH

Audio sounds ok through HDMI when I selected either RK1000 or RK1000 5point1Multichannel. My monitor has stereo speakers so I can't tell if HDMI 5.1 channel actually works but the TV box seemed to down-mixed ? stereo channels . When I selected RK1000 passthrough, I got white noise. SPDIF does not work. I tried selecting DTS, DD and 5.1 channel under Beyond-XBMC but there was still no PCM signal coming out (I could not see any 'red' light from the optical SPDIF port).

It was quite smooth playing a 15MB, 1080P movies.
    That't it from my test.

I will do some tests later cause i'm at work now. I'm 99% sure i had kernel with working passthrough on stock player but with struggling mouse. Will report later, not sure if it was stock kernel or 1080p performance kernel i got from Bob for CX-921b (kernel1080_performance_16mhz.img 10-03-2014).

Does your v4 kernel work with this new KitKat ROM?
Did you see I built a kernel with MT7601 wifi support in #99? You could test this against the latest ROM you posted.

what's the best way to help you with testing? Could you please write a short how to?
I did a short test on rk3188t tv-box with ap6210 at post #103 ( took about one hour ). Is this kind of testing useful in any way?

    Can do a tests with RTL8188 TV-Box CX-921 (like UT1 and K-R42 old)
    , CX-919 TV Stick, T428 TV Stick with AP6330 and CX-921b TV-Box with AP6210.
