I agree also, but I'm french and my English is primarily a google translation.
I let someone else create this post.

I can not edit the first post.

If someone owns the rights, feel free to do so by taking I think mainly post 287 for ROM 1080P

        Serial port woes

I have one of these --- but the serial port appears to be inoperative. When powered on, I measure 0.02V on each pad with respect to ground. Is there a jumper I need to solder to enable the serial port?

Even to you the WiFi works ok? After a few days of use I have to have to perform a factory reset to restore it. Snap the network but it is slow

almost everything works for me - only the screen is flickering at 1080p (50/60Hz).

                Any idea what's wrong?

It seems that some tv´s dont like 1080p my panasonic plasma flickers too, dont think there is much to do about it, just go for 720p. or take the hardest way , change tv

I have two led tv´s that work fine with 1080p

If you see flicker on Panasonic Plasma, go into your tv settings and turn the brightness down and you will see it disappear, I have Panasonic plasma and noticed it also.

i'm having a few issues and Im wondering if anyone else has had these problems.

First, my bluetooth disconnects after about 10 min or so, and I can't get it to re-pair. I'm doing some more testing on it, so I don't know if the specific app I am using or if there is a bug with bluetooth.

Second, I can't seem to get mock locations working. I use the device in the car paired with my head unit that will report mock locations so you can use google maps and such. It works great with my galaxy s3, but not with this device.

                      Any thoughts?

I guess I should mention I am running a clean install of Sam's kitkat rom. I have done a bit of research and a lot of folks have trouble with 4.4.2 and bluetooth with other devices. I am going to try the JB version of Sam's rom and see if that makes things stable. Is there any plan for a 4.4.4 update on this device? This may be a good reason for me to learn how to compile this stuff myself.

                        Thanks for everyone's hard work.
