I don't have a X5 mini so i can't test it, but you can use the package (it has the X5 mini kernels included). Worst case you have to flash back to stock firmware.

It does not work! I used the of the original Kernel.img and my minix x5 mini automatically restart. When I used kernel_X5_mini_720p or kernel_X5_mini_1080p, My minix does not wake up (Black Screen - No Signal)

Any idea what caused the crashes? I doesn't always have to be the rom that causes the crash (could also be an app or external device)

I didn't have any crashes so far. The apps i use are XBMC and firefox (livestream flashplayer)).

Also on other songs? And if not what song causes the crash? (do you have a link?)

I just tested the youtube app (from the playstore) with several videos and it works good.
