    Randy Sir, I've successfully created the ROM Dump for the Tablet and you also have the system.ext4.tar (error free) file.

    The link is :--->

    Your device must me rooted first. There are apps like Root Genius that usually work pretty well. But since you are already rooted...you can skip this step.

    After you get the dump, just zip ALL of the files it produces and send me a link. I will take a look and see if I can help.
    Sorry Randy Sir, I followed the link above which you provided in a step-by-step method. Everything initially worked great(as also my Tablet is rooted)but at the end error messages were shown such as there is no link between device and PC,also the system.ext4.tar file could not be backed up as there is no space.etc. In the final stages of Back Up it showed the error messages,and ultimately failed to produce the required files.

    Rather than repeat what is already written...here is a link to the instructions:

    How to Make a full backup ROM for MT6592,MT6589, MT6582, MT6577, MT6575, MT6572, MT6516 phones. This is basically for all MTK phones from MediaTek. This is also a great way to share your firmware with

    Your device must me rooted first. There are apps like Root Genius that usually work pretty well. But since you are already rooted...you can skip this step.

    After you get the dump, just zip ALL of the files it produces and send me a link. I will take a look and see if I can help.

    The listed information is essential in order for us to even consider making a ROM.

    Also, it's important to provide a link to a complete factory firmware or ROM dump from your device. It must be a complete ROM with all of the files required to flash with SP Flash Tool. A recovery update usually is NOT adequate for us to make an entire custom ROM because many of the necessary files/parts are missing.
    Sorry Sir,missed the post#1(not going through it carefully). My fault. I am sorry.

    As per the format :-->

    1). Swipe (http://WWW.swipetelecom.com)

    2). MTV Slate

    3). MTK8389

    4). Tablet is rooted. But no firmware link given. How do I create a ROM dump?

    5). 8GB

    6). 1024x768

    This tablet is already rooted. So getting that should be no problem but I've said that before. Hopefully by late tonight.

    If you can in some way root your device, the best way to make a ROM dump is with MTKDroidTool. It provides everything I need.
