OK I just flashed the whole rom from the beginning and I'm going to test it. But I think there will be no problem.

Test away and if all goes OK after a day I will fix the battery icon.

I'm not sure if it's my problem or not, but the shut down function does not work; it just shows the shutting down caption and nothing happens.

Ethernet icon's problem is fixed.

Other than that, I didn't find anything noticeable yet.

Update: Sound works but it's not possible to change notification ringtons, I get FC message.

Seems the new system is doing something with shutdown. It's not a kernel problem then.

I will look into it but this one may take some time since I cannot test

FYI, you just need to ignore the ethernet icon. I cant get rid of it but trust it is not doing anything since you do not have an ethernet port. I am leaving it in as one day a USB thernet adapter could be used!

Do you know how to copy files from SDcard into the system at all? Like using ES File explorer?
Or are you a newbee to all that?

Reason I ask is I have a simple file I could give you to test shutdown so you do not have to flash a ROM. But I need to know you know how to do this kind of thing?

Don't know you've noticed or not, I've found a problem with sound, it works but it is not possible to change notifications in the setting or other apps like facebook messenger. I get FC message.

Yes I understand. So go back to beta 3 fully please. You only need to flash the beta 3 kernel.img and it wont erase your stuff (Dont erase IDB just flash ONLY kernel.img).

Were you able to adjust volume on the full beta 1? I bet you did not try because you have no sound on beta 1.

The Gingercomb ROM does not have sound control like the Arnova stock ROM. You have to go into settings and sound to adjust the different levels. Try it.

I'm sure I tried volume several times directly in settings in beta 1, but it didn't work.

Now I'm on beta 3.
Suddenly my display stopped working properly and many stock apps, like gallery and camera, crashed.
